DirecTV Backpack Event and Ice Cream Social

We had such a great time at this year's Ice Cream Social and Backpack Event sponsored by DirecTV. We were able to outfit 30 children with backpacks full of school supplies for the upcoming year. Our Bigs, Littles, staff and volunteers had fun in the sun playing volleyball, kickball, extreme Frisbee and making crazy hats. The ice cream truck in the park made for the perfect way to celebrate the Backpack Event. Thank you to DirecTV, all of their volunteers and their efforts!
